White wine, nose is of citrus fruit and passion fruit. The taste is of goosebeery and lime. This wine would be good with fish dishes. A good wine which we will definitely have again.

Colour is a light ruby red. Nose is a vegetal smell, slight red fruit. Taste is medium body, low tannin, red berries and has a fresh taste. This wine needs food and would be particulary good with duck, you could also have it with red meat pasta dish, ostrich or pork.

Yellow Colour. Nose is of pear drop, sweet, citrus, early morning orchard. Taste is sharp pear, dry with medium length, slight tingle to the tongue, mineral taste and hint of pineapple. Would be good with seafood, paella, summer lunchtime with bread, cheese and salad.
